Texas Systems & Controls is a private, closely held business founded in 1985 by Dennis W. Abrahams, who is still active in the day-to-day operations.

The company originally focused on specialty heating systems, electric process heaters and controls and the distribution of electric heaters, heating elements, controls and indicators.

Over the years, the scope and sophistication of the fabricated systems have grown in relation to increased design and engineering capabilities, expanded facilities, and adoption of highly effective management and control structures and methods.

Today, the company’s experience embraces a broad range of Engineering, Fabrication and Packaging applications which include:

F A C I L I T I E S

The recent acquisition of the facility pictured to the left nearly triples the size of the previous facility. Located in northwest Houston on a 37 acre tract, this three-year old world-class facility provides almost 100,000 sq. ft. in a convenient location with plenty of room for continued growth.

Ideal for large and small projects alike, the fabrication area provides lifting capacity up to 40 tons and hook heights to 25 ft. Offices encompass approximately 12,000 sq. ft.

Texas Systems & Controls organizes around a Project Team concept. A Project Team is made up of one member from each operating department and includes:

The project life cycle is fully managed by the Project Team from order acceptance through final delivery. Customers are invited and have frequent interaction with every member of the team.

The company has maintained ASME Certification since 1987 and holds “U”, “UM” and “R” stamps. Certification is for boilers and pressure vessels governed by ASME Section VIII, Division 1. The company maintains certified welding procedures for carbon steel, stainless steel, Incoloy and Inconel.
