Some of our Control Panels are constructed to Explosion Proof Standards for Hazardous Location Class 1 Division 1.

This skid mounted control panel includes control device, instrumentation, and power distribution to safely control and monitor all related equipment.

Control Panel distributes and regulates power to 6 x 1,150 kW and 2 x 260 kW heaters for an offshore platform.

  • Contains a 5,000 Amp and a 2,500 Amp circuit breaker complete with tin plated buss system.
  • A dead front construction.
  • Controls include a stepper SCR, enunciator, controller and shutdown system.
  • Entire system is housed in a Nema 4X stainless steel enclosure approx. 210”L x 150”H x 72”W.

  • Panel contains a PLC supervisory control system linked to a remote PC with a Man Machine Interface (MMI).
  • The ladder logic for the PLC and ’WonderWare’ for the MMI were developed by Texas Systems & Controls.
