- Heaters lower the fluid viscosity of diesel or light crude oil for
power generating turbines.
- An original design, heaters on both ends of the vessels lowers cost,
reduce space, and allow for easier cleaning.
740 kW Fuel Gas Heater for super heating gas at 50ºF above its
dew point.
- Heater controls are full SCR to prevent heater over-temperature during
low flow operating conditions.
190 kW turbine inlet heater fabricated for The Turbo-machinery Laboratory
at Texas A&M University
- A real challenge to design! System splits in half with a fully removable
top section to allow for shaft alignment.
- Heater controls were also provided and interface with the DCS system.
