Project Manager

Summary:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following
duties personally or through subordinate team members.

Responsibilities:
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Confers with project team to outline work plan. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports and other documents for management and\or customers. Confers with project personnel to provide technical support and to resolve problems.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced computer knowledge required (MS Office, Project). Must be self-motivated, have exceptional written and oral communication skills, and be able to work within a team environment. Energy or oilfield vessel and\or piping experience considered a plus.

Document Control Specialist

Skills
* Prefered 2 years experience in document control related position.
* Experience in word/excel/powerpoint, and internet.
* Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
* Some exposure to AutoCAD is wanted.
* Person needs to be detail oriented and be able to manage many task simultaneously.
* Must have great organization skills and must work well with others.

Engineers
Background education Mechanical / Structural 3 years experience preferred.

Skills
* Familiar with Structural Steel Standards and Codes and capable of performing calculations for maximizing steel design and minimizing steel content.
* Familiar with seismic and building codes utilized in the US as preferably within the European Union.
* Familiar with Small Skid design and optimization.
* Ability to adjust to fabrication schedules and support activities of design and drafting personnel.
* Controls and PLC experience a plus.

Duties
* Read Customer Specifications
* Produce and Condensed Version that denotes changes in our current methods
* Identify and build bill of material for all PID items.
* Provide initial Vessel datasheets for design
* Provide input on PID design and material requirements
* Provide information on piping requirements

Welders
* 1st Class Welders Job Duties and Description 3 years experience Pass 6G tig on stainless steel pipe Pass 1G mig root, 7018 cap rollout on carbon steel pipe Pass 6G mig root, 7018 fill and cap on pipe Pass 3G mig root, downhill, FCAW cap on plate, vertical Pass 1G subarc

* This individual should be able to weld structural, vessels and piping to X-Ray quality and needs to have at least 3 procedures in this classification. This will be dependent upon his assignment to the Carbon shop or the Stainless shop.

* 2nd Class Welders Job Duties and Description 2 year experience Pass 1G mig root, 7018 cap rollout on carbon steel pipe All structural duties

* This individual should be able to weld structural and rollout pipe to X-Ray quality and nozzles on vessels and must have both procedures.

* Structural Welders Job Duties and Description 1 year experience Pass 3G mig root, 7018 cap Pass 3G mig root, FCAW cap on plate Operate crane Operate Forklift

*This individual should be able to weld structural and do all cleanup and be able to weld structural components on vessels, repads and supports.

Fitters
* 1st Class Fitter Job Duties and Description 5 years experience, Fab piping, vessels and structural assemble complex projects from P& ID, make own cut list, work with little supervision

* This individual should be able to take the drawings and make the cut list for all materials. Should then be able to build any vessel, piping or structural base with minimal supervision. Must be able to assemble from P&ID to meet all requirements. Should have all the qualifications of a 2nd Class.

* 2nd Class Fitter Job Duties and Description 3 years experience, layout and cut material from drawings,
fit structural skids, fit simple vessels, pipe spools, some knowledge of P&ID, cut material with torch and plasma, assist in assembly, thread pipe, operate bandsaw, operate ironworker, bevel pipe, operate shear drill and tap, operate track torch, identify material grades, weights and dimensions

* This individual should be able to assist a 1st class fitter in the construction of the simple tasks with no supervision and be able to fabricate more complicated tasks with the help of a supervisor. Should have a basic understanding of prints and know some of the P&ID. Should be able to do all the prep work required to fit.

Electrician
* 1st Class Electrician/Tuber 3 years experience, plan and layout conduit, plan and layout cable and tray, wire heaters, terminate instruments, cut and mount unistrut, pull wire, read P&ID, identify instruments, plan, bend and install tubing

This individual will be able to completely wire and tube a unit with minimum supervision. Should be able to work off drawings, schematics and the P&ID.

2nd Class Electrician 1 year experience, cut and thread rigid conduit per instructions, pull wire, wire heaters with supervision, terminate cables with supervision, cut and mount unistrut with supervision, read prints

This individual should be able to assist a 1st Class electrician in all aspects and know all parts and terminology associated with a project. Should be able to do simpler tasks with no supervision and complex ones with supervision.

Electrical Helper 6 months experience, read tape measure, accurately read and compare job numbers and part numbers, drill and tap mount components, cut tags, print wire markers

This individual will have knowledge of the terminology associated with projects and should assist the electrician with the labor aspect and do menial tasks.
